  Unfortunately, this is only the remains of the old Zeipels. Nowadays an empty shell with only a clothing store. The basement and other spaces are cordoned off and empty. It looks as if the building is to be demolished or completely renovated. Personally, I'm hoping for the latter because this was a landmark and a classic. I have many memories from here as a child, when the family took the ferry to Mariehamn and shopped at Zeipels, among other things. Hope others see the architecture and save the building.

  Small outdated mall with little to offer.
