  Clearly an artist behind the space. Owner thinks of every detail, everything is so tastefully decorated. You sense the pride and joy behind what she does: from her cafe, to the cakes, to the ceramics, even the garden! Beautiful 🌼

  Fantastic place with soul. Great cakes, best coffee w drank so far in nordic countries.

  Very nice little café, but unfortunately at the time we visited the café only had one person at the cashier and a huge queue so we left after some strolling in the gardens. Also the coffee bread options where quite limited.

  A cozy cottage 10 min drive from Mariehamn has been turned into a must-visit destination for coffee-lovers, home-made junkies and good quality time seekers. You can easily spend a couple of hours at the cafe, enjoying home-baked desserts with a cup of your favorite drink in a peacefully isolated fairytale-like property where every corner has a story and a loving, thoughtful touch of the owners. The cafe inside reminds of a grandma’s living room where all the family members gather together and share stories. This time we had a piece of a raspberry cheesecake, a piece of old-fashioned apple pie with vanilla sauce and chocolate cheesecake. Mouthwatering experience coupled with a cup of strong black. After a snack, it’s time to walk around and explore. A perfect place for a getaway with family & friends.

  8 km are not a long way, especially if you are biking. This is the distance from Mariehamn. And if you are not trained the appreciation of a nice café with a chocolate cake is maximal. Sun shining, tables as mushrooms among the green, a nice wooden chalet, warm and wellcoming, with a large variety of nice cakes, coffee and teas.
