  I was at Ålands Servicecenter — my impressions are average, but I will share objectively. I came with equipment under warranty. The place itself is easy to find: it is located behind a hardware store, there are no problems with parking, this is a plus. On the positive side — the guys know their business, it is clear that they understand equipment. They accepted me without unnecessary fuss, explained what and how they would do. They work with various small equipment: lawn mowers, motors, scooters — this is convenient, especially on the Åland Islands. But there are also disadvantages. Firstly, the working hours are only on weekdays and until 16:00. Not everyone can get away at this time. Secondly, you can’t always get an answer or service right away — it is better to call in advance, otherwise you can simply waste time. Sometimes they are busy and do not take on work right away. Overall — a normal service, nothing special, but they do their job. If you approach it with patience and clarify details in advance, you can calmly resolve technical issues.
