  Extremely rude, disrespectful, and passive-aggressive. I was asked if I was happy with my haircut, and I mentioned that it wasn’t properly faded. It was a rough job—very patchy and uneven. This exchange happened about three times until she became frustrated with adjusting my hair, shrugging uncontrollably throughout the process. Finally, she told me to get up and not pay, saying that I am not happy. I paid anyway although her attitude was very rude. When I got home, my partner immediately noticed how patchy my hair was. DO NOT GO HERE!! Poor customer service skills and can’t fade hair.
