::We had a very disappointing experience with this authorized Toyota dealer and service center. While visiting Åland, we received an engine error on our 2-year-old Toyota ProAce, which is still under warranty. Since we were scheduled to leave the next day, we kindly asked if they could perform a quick diagnostic check to let us know whether the vehicle was safe to drive home. Unfortunately, the response was a flat refusal — "we don’t have any time." This was particularly disheartening, as we only asked for a basic error check, which typically takes just a few minutes. We weren’t demanding a repair, only clarity on whether we could safely make the trip home or needed to find an alternative. The lack of flexibility and empathy from the service technician was frustrating and far from what we expected from an official Toyota partner.
