  Never works accounts disappear every now and then when you need to check something the whole system is out of order or some other crap don't recommend nordea at all must be Europe's worst bank

  Under all criticism. Unable to get service in Swedish, bad attitude in customer service and incorrect invoices that take weeks to get fixed. Will never use this bank again.

  I don't think Nordea wants any more customers at all...As an Ålander, you don't feel welcome..Too bad that you can't visit the bank like before, now it's just complicated and difficult and everything has to be done electronically. The chat is a robot that doesn't know Swedish.. Short opening times that don't suit full-time working people And if you call, you get to Finland and there they don't know Swedish, what kind of service is that...😣 You lose trust in a bank that has been Good.

  We tried to withdraw money at an ATM outside Nordea's office in Mariehamn. It did not issue banknotes. Inside the bank there was another machine, but it didn't work either. We stated our case to a bank clerk near the entrance and he confirmed that "the office has cash handling." After about 10 minutes of waiting, it was our turn at the checkout. But since we are customers in Nordea Sweden and not in Åland, we could not get any money! There is such poor cooperation between the countries! But the non-functioning vending machines then? "It's not our fault," argued the bank clerk. "Another company is responsible." Yes, you can look at it that way if you don't care about providing good service.
