::What a great experience. It makes you feel humbled and appreciate the hard work sea men did and do. It's truly amazing how big the ship is and how much cargo they were able to hold in the old days! On the deck of the ship you can get headphones and phone so you can listen in to the crew and what they went through. Amazing experience and highly recommended.

::Pommern is an amazing museum ship. One of the only four-masted-barques in original condition, it is like stepping back in time when onboard. You can choose to follow the audio guide, a story that takes you around the world whilst still onboard, giving you a taste of what it was like to sail on such a ship. (Available in Swedish, Finnish and English) There’s also an audio guide for children who follow Ruby, the ship’s rat, around the same route as the adult version. Leaving your headphones behind, you then get to go to the tween deck where you can try your hand at sailmaking, rope splicing, and even write a letter home (stamps available to purchase in the museum). The cargo hold’s sound and light experience is amazing, running for 5 minutes, every 15 minutes, mirroring the trip in the audio guide and the stations on the tween deck. This incredible ship is well worth the time & money spent (and then visit the Maritime Museum!)
