::Placed a small order where the delivery time was supposed to be 1-4 days. Ended up taking close to two months and I have yet to receive it. During this time I've emailed them and called 5 times. Each time they tell me they don't know what the issue was but that they'll look into it and the order will arrive shortly yet it never arrives. Everytime I called I asked to be contacted once they know what the issue is or if it's delayed again but not once did they contact me again. Very dissapointed with the process and how they've handled the issue. Worth mentioning that everyone I spoke to was very polite but that doesn't really matter when they never actually get back to me despite promising to.
