  This company has never impressed. They were trusted to convey our apartment at Solberget. Time for photography was decided and we spent time preparing the apartment, they did not show up. The brokers are also bad at communicating. Considering the competition, they should be on their toes.

  I cannot recommend renting from them. After I moved out, they did everything to avoid paying back the security deposit. First they claimed that the kitchen filter needed to be replaced, even though this was not included in the contract. Then they considered that the cleaning was not sufficient, even though I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. (I highly recommend taking pictures of the home when you move in.) Finally they claimed I didn't pay the last month's rent, but after I sent proof of payment I got my money back. However, it was a very frustrating process to have to deal with them.

  several brokers are nice.. but one of their oldest senior brokers was rude and treats younger buyers like ignorant idiots and doesn't report flaws with the house even if you ask and the seller has notified the broker about these things.
