::It's so cozy and super clean. This is a great place for a staycation! You can chill inside with your friends and enjoy the complete facilities. It's wonderful. The owner is also friendly and helpful.

::STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The photos are significantly misleading, presenting an entirely different representation of the apartment. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the discrepancy between the advertised images and the reality of the apartment. The room was cramped and in poor maintenance, evident by numerous wall holes. As depicted in the photos, the kitchen appeared modern and well-equipped, but it was far from reality. Outdated appliances, minimal utensils, and the promised dishwasher's absence made cooking a significant challenge. Furthermore, the issue extended to the thin walls, allowing every external sound to infiltrate the apartment, severely affecting my ability to have a peaceful night's rest. When I attempted to address my concerns with the host regarding the vast disparity between the advertised photos and the actual apartment, I was dismissed. The host claimed that the images of the current flat were included among the other photos but failed to provide clear instructions on how to discern which apartment would be allocated upon arrival. Additionally, the actual photos of the apartment I stayed in were deceptively intermingled with images of more appealing apartments on Booking.com. Also, the owner mentioned that we were lucky and probably should be grateful because we got a bigger apartment (29 sqm) + balcony (6 sqm) with a private washing machine... All of the mentioned facilities are listed and mentioned in the place's description, so it's not clear to me where was the "luck". In light of this misleading representation, I am attaching real photos of where I stayed. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution and carefully consider their choices before booking this apartment.

::We were a group of friends looking for a place to stay in Åland. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to book this place at last minute. Björn was extremely kind and accommodating in the booking process, we sincerely appreciated his hospitality for our stay. The facilities were complete, with a washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, and complete kitchen utensils. The location is also accessible and reachable to both the city, bus station and the rec centre. My partner, myself and our friends had a wonderful time here. We are unable however to use the bicycles that are available for us as well as the grill. The dishwasher also didn't have the pods and Im not sure whether we are supposed to purchase pods ourselves. Regardless any complaints were minor, and we are truly grateful to stay in the Klintvagen apartments for our visit in Åland.

::The apartment we received was bigger than the one we had booked. It was a nice surprise, however it was of a much lower standard than described. Checking in was easy with a door code. The location of the apartment is good, not too far from the centre. There didn't seem to be much soundproofing since footsteps and talking could easily be heard from the apartment above.

::The apartment was good and spacious for us (7 people). Quality-price ratio was very good and the host was very kind and caring! Air condition could have been better but nothing else to complain. Apartment was well equiped.
