::Most of the guards were rude and probably had no idea what customer service means. The queuing system did not work, people who had already paid in did not get in after 1 hour of waiting, while people who had not yet paid in had to get in before those who had already queued once to get in. The reason for leaving the area was the bad air inside. Fairer queuing system and ditch the greed.
