::Visit to H&M – a sad experience with customer service Went to H&M today. During the visit, my daughter, who is 3 years old, had an accident and peed on herself. I took her straight to the toilet to change, while her mother went to the checkout and informed the staff about what had happened. The staff thanked us for calling and left, which we interpreted as them taking care of it. About 40 minutes later, when we returned to the store to buy clothes that our son wanted, a rude member of staff came up to us and asked if we could clean up after ourselves. I calmly replied that we absolutely could, but that it was strange that no one had said anything earlier. However, the lady in question continued to be rude and showed very poor customer service throughout the conversation. What we were given to clean up with was a large pile of paper and a spray bottle. In a store with better procedures and understanding of cleaning, they might have brought a mop so that it could be done properly. What I want to get across with this review is that I absolutely clean up after my child – but that in that case it must be said directly and with a professional and friendly attitude. If I had not been busy changing my daughter's clothes, I would of course have taken responsibility immediately. But in that situation, it was not possible. When the staff also said that it was okay, we assumed that they would take care of it.

::Very bad, it's the third time they left the anti-theft protection and when I call hm Åland, they only spoke in Finnish so I can't get hold of anyone. The item of clothing would be used tomorrow, I don't feel like driving there without compensation because it is not given even though it is they who have made a mistake. I drove there and after a lot of back and forth I got a penny for my trouble from the store manager, he said I could arrange the number that they speak Swedish on for the website. I think it's up to them to arrange it
