::Its a cosy and nice open air museum with many authentic huts and houses. You can bake cinnamon rolls and make a picnic. From the seaside you have a stunning view over the castle. Entry is free.

::Beautiful place with a great variety of buildings with great examples of Ålands history. The Castel and harbour close by make this a perfect spot for a day trip.

::This Jan Karlsgården was one of the best sights to see in Åland and its so close to the castle. After visiting this area, I truly recommend to eat nearby lamb and salmon soup in local restaurant. Check out the pictures how wonderful visit we had and imagine yourself having the same experience. Ps. Don't forget to visit the prison next by this place. Ps2. Don't forget to feed the sheep's. They are very lovely especially for small kids. Enjoy and have fun!
