  Första Apoteket in Mariehamn left a very good impression. The pharmacy is clean, spacious, with a wide selection of medicines and health products. The staff is friendly, they explain everything calmly and clearly. It is very convenient that at the entrance you take a number, and then you can easily navigate the electronic board - you can see which number is being serviced. If there are many people in front of you, you do not need to stand in line or ask who is behind whom - you can calmly go about your business and come back. When your number comes, the employee calls you and gives you everything you need. It is also good that the pharmacy has five or more cash registers, so everything goes quickly. A convenient and modern place where everything is organized with care for customers.

  I have given 2 negative reviews in my life…. Both to the first pharmacy! They are not accommodating at all! I bought patches that were supposed to be waterproof. She recommended them so of course I bought them. They didn't cost much during the tian. But they didn't work at all. They didn't stick at all. The pharmacist thought I had made a mistake and was not willing to replace the three I wanted to return. Informed her that I knew how to put band-aids on! But no they would not be replaced. One reason was that I had opened the package. But said that I couldn't know they didn't work if I hadn't tried! As I said, it wasn't about a lot of money, but it was the principle. I am definitely not impressed with their service! The girl who served me today was very friendly though
