  I contacted Bo Bil Ab when I needed repairs on my Chevrolet — the branded service station on the island closed, and I didn’t want to go somewhere on the mainland. At first, I ordered spare parts by phone — they said they would be there, but I waited for six months and never got any. In the end, I decided to go to them myself. As soon as I arrived, they re-ordered, and within a month everything arrived. It’s strange, of course, that it didn’t work over the phone, but in person — no problem. As for the repair — they did it quickly and efficiently. The guy from Ukraine worked on it, so there were no translators or misunderstandings — a separate plus for that. He explained everything to the point, without unnecessary chatter. The repair cost 540 euros, payment was made in cash, no questions asked. At the same time, I went into the store, bought a solvent to remove scotch tape — it’s convenient that you can buy small things too. The impression is mixed: on the one hand, they work well, especially if you come in person. On the other hand, when working remotely, everything is drawn out and it is not always clear what is going on with the order. In general, if you live on an island and want to do everything in one place, this is a working option, but it is better to clarify everything in person and not rely only on phone calls.

  They can get spare parts for almost anything, and usually in 1-2 days.

  Good service and a lot of know how. Lots of every day parts on the shelf. Orders usually just take a day, some times two.
