::I came to BIKE Åland with a specific problem — the kickstand on my bike had broken, and I needed to replace the mount. I had already visited several other shops, but all they offered were basic models with screws, non-adjustable, and requiring tools. Here, they immediately showed me the perfect option: a kickstand with a push-button length adjustment — easy to use and practical. The price was only €20, which I think is a great deal for such a universal piece. What really surprised me was the service. They gave me tools for free so I could remove the old mount and install the new one right on the spot. I also asked if they had oil for the chain — and without hesitation, they gave me a small bottle for free. That kind gesture made me feel truly welcome. I was wearing clean clothes, just like the owner, and during our conversation he even jokingly (or maybe not?) offered me a job. If that offer was serious, I would be very happy to work with you! As you saw, I don’t speak Swedish or English, yet I was still able to explain everything and get help. That says a lot about how you treat customers. Thank you so much — it meant a lot to me.

::The Specialized electric bike didn't even "start" when the panel was dark. I called and the gentlemen promised to take a look, even though it's the busiest maintenance season. There was no way to find the fault, but the last time we tried connecting the panel's update port to the computer and voila, the panel came back to life. Thank you for the great service, you saved the holiday cycling in the beautiful archipelago. I recommend!
