::Apparently they only have one person who handles service on Electrolux appliances. Since he was on vacation for three weeks, everything has been at a standstill at this company. I've had to wait over a month now for warranty service on a vacuum cleaner. I've had to call several times to ask about the status, they don't keep their promises. Terrible level of service regarding warranty matters at Electrolux.
