::Incredibly unprofessional people, rude and bad service. My brother called and wanted to book and is scolded and says on the phone that he wants to euthanize the cat because it is overweight. He wanted to say that the cat is adopted and was overweight from the start when he got her. But they wouldn't listen. They got an appointment and come after a few days and then find out that they are not available. Shame on you!
