  Even in 2021, the tax office has still not managed to find a common line in which rules apply in its customer contact. You keep giving instructions that go directly against each other on the same matter, depending on who you talk to and when. The fact that you also fundamentally change the rules of the game for how taxpayers should be able to manage their affairs via the catastrophically bad service My Tax (any other name would be more fair) from one year to the next without any information in no way increases confidence in this melting pot institution. Shame!
